By mail - post your cheque

b) Make cheque payable to: Macquarie Bank to credit CTS... (insert the CTS number of your Body Corporate - this CTS number is on your Notice of Contributions)
c)Post your cheque, and the payment slip portion of your Levy Notice to:
DEFT Payment Systems
GPO Box 141

By Bpay - debit your bank account

With Bpay you can debit your bank account directly via the web. If you haven't used Bpay before, contact your financial institution and enquire about the facility.

How to avoid missing out on payment discount

You will always be given at least 30 days prior notice of levy payment being due - and you must pay on time to be elligible for any discount that may be applicable to your Body Corporate. Body Corporate law dictates that for a payment to be deemed as received, it must have been received by the Body Corporate by the due date. We as your managers do not have the authority to grant the discount if you are late paying - and it is unfair to others who manage to pay on time.
If there is some technical reason why you think a payment may be late contact us with full details so that we can look into the matter.

Important points!

1. Do not send a payment, cash or cheque, to us - cheque payments by post must be sent to:
DEFT Payment Systems
GPO Box 141
BRISBANE QLD 4001
Write the DEFT Reference Number on the back of the cheque, and remember to enclose the payment slip portion of your Levy Notice.

Unfortunately we do not accept payments at our office - the only methods are those detailed above.

2. You need the bottom payment portion of your levy notice to make a payment by ANY of the methods - it contains the necessary Reference Numbers and barcodes to ensure the payment you are making is correctly allocated to your Lot.

3. When keying in your Bpay or DEFT Reference numbers, do NOT enter any spaces - ignore the printed spaces.

DEFT is a payment solution gateway of Macquarie Bank and is designed for people who are seeking a simpler and cheaper way to meet their payment obligations.

Direct Debit that is not Customer Initiated is not available currently, however you can always put your body corporate account into credit at any time - just be sure you are adding enough credit to cover all possible levies.
