And all this is delivered to you and your solicitor preparing the Sales Contract
documentation within a timeframe to accommodate your project schedule.
How we do it....
We initially meet with you and get an overview of the project and your requirements.
We get contact details for your Architect, Surveyor, Solicitor, and other significant
consultants.
We obtain copies of available drawings - architectural and draft Lot survey drawings
(if prepared).
We attend project co-ordination meetings as required to keep abreast of progress
and to provide advice when required.
We produce the Body Corporate documentation necessary for the off-the-plan Sales
Contracts.
When the project is completed and the Community Title registers, we swiftly integrate
the Body Corporate into our management system and draw up the documents for the
first Body Corporate EGM so that contract settlements can take place without any
delays.

For development projects sized 25 strata Lots or greater - no fees charged.
For development projects of 1 - 24 strata Lots - $1,500
